Powder primers are widely used to white-wash fresh concrete, cement surfaces. Once the concrete/brick structure is erected and cured, the surface needs to be protected from natural elements like rain, wind and sun. White-washing serves the purpose, but is not sufficient for robust applications. Hence, we introduce Micro Fine Coat (MFC) powder primer as an advanced form of white-washing. The fine powders penetrate into the pores of concrete, and seal them to prevent moisture, water carriage. The system needs to be cured to provide a permanent effect. Whereas MFC Plus, a revolutionary product formulated with a special blend of additives and polymers requires no curing and sets on its own saving water, man power and time during rapid construction work.
