NERO water proof base coat is an efficient waterproofing solution for seamless building architecture. Acts as a sole waterproofing coat on horizontal surfaces like terrace, sun- shades, beams, roof tops etc. It also serves as a waterproofing base coat for emulsion paints, on vertical surfaces like walls, to improve the overall longevity of the paint system.

FLEXTRENE technology incorporated for extended polymer flexibility in the matrix, that boosts elasticity on the coating film. This elastic behaviour has excellent crack-bridging abilities and helps the coating act as a flexible waterproofing membrane. It offers best in class flexibility with almost 400% elongation. Crack bridging abilities of upto to 2 mm.

The base coat is highly recommended for usage as a waterproof primer when using premium paints and emulsions. The base coat is flexible and has a strong bonding/ adhesion to diferent types of substrates like walls, roofs, tiles, terraces, cementitious materials etc.
